Moira Denton founded LeveledUP Coaching to reconnect people with their own power to create meaningful, fulfilling lives. After experiencing her own professional and personal transformation through coaching, she felt called to guide others; not because she has all the answers, but because she has lived the questions and found light worth sharing.

With decades in Information Technology and many years as a small real estate business owner, Moira brings real-world leadership experience in coaching her clients to find clarity, create results, and achieve fulfilling goals. As a consultant and technology leader, Moira discovered that her greatest strengths; vision setting, client service, and team alignment; all stem from the leadership core principles of self awareness and building authentic relationships.

A lifelong learner and wellness enthusiast, Moira brings both heart and strategy to her coaching. Her passion for helping others extends beyond her business — she’s a committed community volunteer, patient advocate and financial skills mentor, empowering individuals and families to make informed, confident choices about their well-being and future.

As the youngest of six, a mother of two, and married for 25 years, Moira understands the real challenges of balancing ambition, family, and personal growth. She’s passionate about empowering others to find that same balance — growing in purpose without losing themselves along the way.
